- Dream RV Parks, nestled in the serene landscapes of Eastman, Georgia, is the culmination of our experience as former owners of multiple parks and the desires expressed by numerous tenants for a secure and tranquil place to call home. Taking heed of this feedback, our acquisition of the new development incorporated essential features such as gated entry, surveillance systems, and a serene ambiance..
Situated on 35 acres, our private gated RV community offers an ideal retreat just off 341 Hwy/US 23, surrounded by picturesque scenery and a vast, stocked pond perfect for fishing and kayaking. Whether you seek tranquil evenings by the fire pits or peaceful mornings fishing on the water, our park provides the ideal setting.
Conveniently located near Dublin, Ocilla, Hawkinsville, Cochran, Hazelhurst, Fitzgerald, and Hazelhurt, our park offers easy access to various amenities, including Dodge County public boating and fishing areas (bring your fishing boat), Dodge County Hospital, Middle Georgia State University’s School of Aviation, hunting lands, and Walmart.

We have one Rv we offer for rent by the week $500 . It has an occupancy for two people. No smoking or pets. Call for discounted monthly rate: includes Electric ,Sewer , Water, Garbage and wifi, picnic table and fire ring. PRICES are based on location of lots in the park and views, size of lot, number of people, number of pets, length of stay, supply and demand. We only have a few lots available for monthly rates.
Access to 24 hour coin laundry NOW AVAILABLE
A free APP to access entry to our gated secure RV Park with a code only available specifically to you. But no worries you can have pizza delivered without giving your code out, by using your app to open the gate! You will be on the directory at the gate and you will control who gets in and we have a camera included!
High TECH APP is wonderful! No extra charge and this is available to Monthly tenants only.
Daily and weekly will have access code specially to reservation and all codes expire when you check out.
Extra fees are only for dogs and firewood. Dogs must always be on leash. We do not accept aggressive dogs Rottweilers or Pitt Bulls.

This lot is a back in lot with no neighbor on one side. Open space and only steps to the dock and pond. Closest lot to swing sets but far enough from the park to have peace and quiet.
